Candescent is seeking a Client Services Summer Intern to support our Client Services team during Summer 2026. This role is ideal for college students interested in finance, business, client relationship management, or financial technology who are looking to gain hands-on experience at a technology company shaping the future of digital banking.
The intern will collaborate closely with the Client Services team to support client communications, project coordination, and operational initiatives, gaining exposure to how a high-growth FinTech company partners with financial institutions to deliver exceptional service and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities and DeliverablesWhat you will be responsible for and what you will do
- Support the Client Services team in managing day-to-day client requests and ensuring timely follow-up on client inquiries.
- Assist with preparing client presentations, meeting materials, reports, and status updates.
- Help coordinate client meetings, project timelines, and internal follow-up activities across cross-functional teams.
- Research client questions, industry trends, and product information to support client-facing initiatives.
- Monitor and organize client documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to help identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Product, Operations, and other internal teams to support ongoing projects and client implementations.
- Provide general administrative and project support to help the team meet deadlines and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Currently enrolled college student (freshman, sophomore, or junior).
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
