Job Responsibilities
Assist with daily production tasks, including: distributing call sheets, managing equipment, facilitating crew communication, ensuring set safety, and supporting crew members, acting as a liaison between departments
Serve as a production assistant during photography and video shoots: run errands for the production team, including picking up equipment, supplies, and meals
Coordinate and facilitate external productions and shoots, including handling logistics and ensuring proper onboarding and dismissal of crew in accordance with Marina Bay Sands protocols
Attend scheduled departmental meetings, briefings, and production discussions
Contribute ideas to improve the Visual Media production workflow and function
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Must be a full-time matriculated student.
Internship must be recognized as part of school graduation requirements.
Experience
No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
Other Prerequisites
Strong communication skills
Background in media production or related academic disciplines
Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
Detail‑oriented
Able to work both independently and under direction
A proactive team player who takes initiative
Able to commit to full-time work arrangement from Mondays to Fridays throughout the internship.
