Role Mission

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Value Office Intern to join our dynamic Transformation team within the Corporate area. In this role, you will support day-to-day data consolidation and operational activities, providing assistance to business teams across multiple integration projects. In a fast-paced environment with increasing project complexity, this position plays a key role in ensuring accurate data management, supporting quantitative analysis, and maintaining alignment between corporate transformation strategy and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the monitoring and alignment of monthly performance tracking, supporting the team in ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency.

  • Assist in setting up and standardizing reporting systems for newly acquired companies.

  • Support the operational integration of acquired companies by assisting in the tracking of execution milestones and coordinating cross-functional inputs.

  • Support and/or execute analytical analysis for strategic initiatives, including leveraging AI for research, synthesizing data into insights, and preparing ad-hoc analyses.

  • Support in the preparation of documents in Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Assist in formatting and preparing executive presentations, corporate governance materials, and documentation for senior leadership.

  • Collaborate across diverse projects on ad-hoc operational tasks, demonstrating the agility to pivot quickly between projects and learn new subject areas.

Skills and Experience

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related quantitative field.

  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities with agility.

  • Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills, capable of understanding if key numbers sense in specific context

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating across diverse teams and corporate functions.

  • Non specific experience is needed, but strong interest in learning about different aspects of a company and drive to learn is mandatory. Example of topics that could be asked to support are business intelligence, corporate integration, global transformation projects

  • Tech-savvy mindset with a strong interest in learning business intelligence tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau) and leveraging technology or AI tools to optimize processes.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
