Job Description
We are looking to fill a Technology Services Intern position for 2025/2026 at our NYC office. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude to continuously learn emerging technologies and passionate about technology and data solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Term: May 2025 - May 2026
- Troubleshoot and conduct testing on issues reported and develop solutions to ensure problems are corrected.
- Track results, log errors and report any technical challenges to the team lead.
- Capture requirements and procedures for documentation.
- Support the team in daily operation tasks, as assigned.
- Exposure to corporate culture and work environment through rotations into technology related functions
- Mentorship opportunities, coaching and career guidance
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
- Passion about process optimization and continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of IT processes, application integration and database concepts.
- Attention to details and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide recommendations that drive operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements
- Great communication and interpersonal skills that can bring different stakeholders together on delivering solutions.
- Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge with others

Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00/hr
