The Baker Hughes Internship is designed to enable students either pursuing a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree or recently graduated to gain hands-on work experience as the foundation of their professional lives. Our internships will give you first-hand insights into the processes, systems, and practices that are aligned to ensure customer needs are met through flawless execution and the application of leading-edge technology.

As an Intern, you will be responsible for:
Supporting sourcing initiatives through supplier research, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the evaluation of potential vendors and service providers.
Assisting in the management of relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities.
Supporting People Analytics and workforce planning activities through data collection, reporting, dashboard preparation, and analysis of headcount and organizational trends.
Assisting with the coordination and tracking of recruiting activities, Early Talent programs, and talent-related initiatives across multiple business functions.
Supporting the administration and optimization of internal systems, databases, and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at driving operational excellence, process standardization, and business improvements across HR and business functions.
Assisting project managers and business leaders in planning activities, monitoring milestones, tracking deliverables, and preparing project documentation and presentations.
Completing internal projects to deliver business outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the implementation of innovative solutions.
Learning and utilizing internal software, systems, and digital tools to support project execution, reporting, and operational activities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, interns, and business leaders to build strong professional networks and contribute to strategic initiatives at a global level.
Applying Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained.

To be successful in this role you will:
Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Social Sciences or a related field.
Have a strong interest in People Analytics, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Human Resources, and Operational Excellence.
Be highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools is considered a plus.
Be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Have strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and an interest in driving process efficiency and operational excellence.

The fixed allowance for this position will be between this range: 600 - 1000 € gross monthly.
The allowance will be established in accordance with criteria related to the candidate’s academic status and their distance from the workplace.
