Cadence Design Systems Inc. is looking a Intern: Software Engineering Jasper R&D to be part of the Research & Development team in Belo Horizonte. Job responsibilities:
Learn and help implementing bug fixes and new features of Cadence´s Jasper formal verification tools
Practice Object-oriented programming in C++ under Linux
Implement flows using scripting languages such as Tcl and Python
Program different algorithms and data structures
Follow good practices for software quality assurance such as creating new tests, running tests regressions, and collaborating with QA engineers
Requirements:
- Education: studying Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Conclusion on December 2027 or August 2028.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
- Availability to work in Belo Horizonte.
- Interest in learning: C or C++ programing languages, Tcl or Python scripting languages, Hardware Development Languages: Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL
