Grab's Integrity team is improving our platforms. We process thousands of bookings a day and see hundreds of millions of traffic data per month. Get to Know the Role
We are looking for passionate and aspiring Android or iOS engineers. You will be provided hands-on experience coding, UI development, testing, integrations and contribute to project discussions, documentation, and collaborate with different teams, all while focusing on skill development and learning to progress in your engineering career.
This is a paid internship role and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will work with the engineering teams to design and write code and technical documentations to build reusable software components for the Grab platform.
- You will participate in code and design reviews, share knowledge, tips and tricks, and generally help out with different teams.
- You will take ownership of projects and work with the Product, Design, Mobile and Backend teams to build consumer and partner facing new products, platforms and features.
- You will monitor the performance of the live apps and improve them on both code and experience level.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Only for candidates who are available to start in July 2025
- You majored in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Technology/Science.
- You have a working knowledge in programming tools and languages such as Java, Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS)
- You have an ability to structure data and write algorithms
