Overview:
As an Intern, you will be a part of our client services team, supporting various accounts and assisting team members in executing strategy communications plans for our clients.
We are looking for passionate and creative individuals who want to develop their skills in communications, and work with industry experts to help brands and clients navigate the complex world we live in today.

Responsibilities:
Supporting the team to build the Vero business in Singapore and across ASEAN. This includes supporting client work, influencer management and new business development.
Client Management
- Assist the team in day-to-day client account management.
- Support the planning and execution of PR events.
- Help to develop media lists and maintain media databases.
- Assist in preparing plans, reports and proposals – ensuring these deliverables are relevant, insightful and presented in a clear and concise manner.
- Be prompt in providing support to senior members of the team.
- Help to manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organising files and maintaining project documentation.
Social Media & Content Development
- Support team in developing social media strategies and plans for clients.
- Help develop compelling content for various platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, newsletters, blogs etc.
- Monitor client’s social media pages for engagement and respond to comments/messages.
- Track and analyse client’s social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and emerging social media technologies.
Influencer Management
- Help to develop and curate influencer lists, profiles and maintain influencer databases, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement and audience demographics.
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers.
- Assist in preparing reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Media Relations
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports for clients.
- Support the team at press events and interviews.
- Conduct research on media trends and opportunities.
- Assist in drafting media pitches and press materials.
Criteria:
- Undergraduates in their final year and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Highly motivated, flexible, reliable, honest, and able to work under pressure.
- Structured, detail-oriented, responsible, and independent.
- Resourceful: You are a creative problem-solver, you know how to surround yourself with critical resources and research approaches (on and offline), and you can apply these approaches to uncover breakthrough insights for client work
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
- Comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment
- Keen to kickstart a career in the PR industry
Bonus Criteria
- Experience (and/or passion) in sustainability is a bonus
- Ability to speak/write in another ASEAN language is a bonus
**This is a hybrid internship role. You will be reporting to Team Leads within Vero Singapore.
