Buscamos estudiante Sena de Gestion Administrativa o carreras afines que tenga interés por el área de Nomina. El candidato debe tener conocimientos básicos de cálculo y liquidación de nómina, impuestos, seguridad social y software de nómina..

Organiza y recopila la información de los empleados para subir al sistema  

Requerimos una persona responsable, proactiva, organizada y con capacidad de trabajo en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar los datos relacionados con compensaciones, como sueldos y primas.
• Elaborar las cartas de personal retirado.
• Tramitar facturas relacionadas con gastos de trabajores.
• Revisar documentación de los nuevos ingresos.
• Contactar a los empleados de los nuevos ingresos.
• Gestionar usuarios y claves de portales de SS.
• Tramirar paz y salvos de personal en proceso de retiro.

• Conocimiento básico Excel
• Manejo de software de nómina (Deseable)
