Job Summary:
We’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented, and self-motivated e.l.f.tern to support our International Account Management team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing retailer relationships, supporting global go-to-market initiatives, and learning the fundamentals of international business in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly sales reporting, providing key insights and performance commentary.
- Support with the Sephora Favorites sampling program, ensuring timely coordination and execution.
- Help manage seasonal marketing awards submissions and contribute to the development of marketing briefs.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar across both GTM and Side-by-Side planning.
- Oversee SKU/item setup and maintenance for seasonal launches.
- Coordinate ad hoc orders for seasonal gratis and PR products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure flawless execution of initiatives.
