About the Opportunity
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and commercial operations within a global life sciences company? As a Sales Intern at QIAGEN, you will support our commercial team in delivering an excellent customer experience, managing sales-related administrative activities, and ensuring accurate data maintenance in our CRM system. This internship offers a great opportunity to develop your business, communication, and organizational skills while collaborating with multiple teams across the organization.
This is an onsite based role in our Sao Paulo office, with 6hrs of work per day, and a 2 year contract while the intern is still registered in the university.
Your Tasks Include
Supporting customer interactions through phone, email, and follow-up with sales leads and prospective customers.
Assisting the sales team with administrative activities, including forms, documentation, and commercial processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support daily business operations.
Maintaining and updating customer and sales data within Salesforce (SFDC).
Supporting the management and tracking of sales opportunities and customer requests.
Contributing to data accuracy and process efficiency within commercial systems.
Assisting with general sales operations projects and team initiatives as required.
Your Profile
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
