The Corporate division is a key growth driver, representing 30% of US annual revenue and a strategic focus for the next 5 years. You’ll be the backbone of the Corporate Sales team, ensuring smooth administrative operations, accurate order processing, and excellent client service. Your expertise in Salesforce, Gourmet, and the Corporate Catalog will help drive efficiency and support the division’s ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

Join our Corporate Sales team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. As a Corporate Sales Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the day-to-day operations of our B2B business. This internship is a unique opportunity to develop commercial, operational, and analytical skills while gaining exposure to sales, client relationship management, supply chain coordination, and finance.


  • CRM, ERP & Product Knowledge
    • Receive hands-on training on Salesforce (CRM), Gourmet (ERP), and our Corporate Product Cataloge
    • Learn how to create and manage client accounts, contacts, and sales opportunities
    • Assist with inventory checks, quote preparation, invoicing, and multi-address order processing
    • Develop a strong understanding of our corporate gifting assortment and business processes
  • Corporate Client Support 
    • Help prepare quotations for corporate clients.
    • Assist with order management from quotation to delivery.
    • Respond to client inquiries via email and phone with the support of the team.
    • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales teams to ensure smooth order execution.
    • Assist with inventory planning and order forecasting for key corporate clients.
    • Help monitor upcoming deliveries and replenishment needs.
  • Finance & Invoicing
    • Learn the invoicing process for domestic and international clients.
    • Support payment reconciliation and aging report follow-up alongside the Accounting team.
    • Gain exposure to accounts receivable and collection processes.
  • Business Operations & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and Gourmet.
    • Update sales trackers and monitor monthly performance.
    • Contribute to reporting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Events & Client Engagement
    • Support corporate events, client activations, trade shows, and pop-up experiences.
    • Participate in client meetings when applicable.
    • Occasionally assist boutique teams during special events or peak business periods

WORK LOCATION : NYC 

REPORTING & TEAM STRUCTURE

  • Reports to: Head of Corporate Sales
  • Key Contacts: Corporate Sales Specialist, Corporate Sales Teams in France, Japan, and Hong Kong

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or an ERP system is a plus, but not required.
Team player with a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
Interest in luxury retail and corporate sales.
