Intern in the Primary Market Research Team

Our Primary Market Research (PMR) Team conducts qualitative and quantitative market research studies with HCPs and patients/customers across different Eastern European (EE) countries. The team is primarily based in Warsaw, but the majority of our work is in English.
We are looking for passionate interns who will be responsible for various tasks defined by the project manager for qualitative and/or quantitative market research projects in the area of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of materials for research projects throughout the project life cycle, from the proposal to the final deliverables
- Verify the correctness of materials in terms of graphics and format (layout, editing, completeness of information, etc.)
- External vendors management (certification, contracting, invoice monitoring)
- Oversee the data collection process
- Develop code keys and perform open-ended answers coding
- Assist in creating reports / presentations using MS PowerPoint
- Collect and analyze data on specific topics through desk research
- Participate in data analysis and interpretation
- Collaborate with other departments within the company
- Execute other tasks assigned by a direct supervisor within the scope of this position
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Fluency in Polish or other Eastern European language (spoken and written)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations in Power Point
- Enrolled as a 2nd to 5th-year student of sociology, psychology, statistics, mathematics, economics or related fields
- Demonstrated independence, ownership, and teamwork
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities
- Interest in and eagerness to learn about the dynamic healthcare industry
- Experience with market research projects and/or data analysis is advantageous
- Learning and work organization:
- Lead individual workstreams with oversight from seniors
- Demonstrate strong team-work skills
- Time management skills
