Building the team will be one of our core missions in 2026, and in this role you’ll be at the forefront of it. You’ll support our Head of People & Talent, Emily, and our Co-Founders, Ferdinand, Joshua, Simon and Peter, in hiring, onboarding, and retaining the best people for Ivy. Attitude matters more than experience. We’re looking for someone who is willing to get their hands dirty, operates with low ego, and cares deeply about delivering great work.
