Position Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to join our team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our daily operations. In this role, you will assist with a variety of administrative tasks, support the optimization of internal processes, and help manage logistics to ensure the efficiency of our operations. You will work closely with different departments, gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a business and developing a deeper understanding of how companies streamline their operations for maximum productivity. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, process improvement, and logistical coordination, while honing your problem-solving and organizational skills in a dynamic work environment. Whether you're interested in pursuing a career in operations, project management, or business strategy, this position provides a solid foundation for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operational tasks, including data entry, reporting, and scheduling.
- Support process improvement initiatives and help optimize workflows for greater efficiency.
- Coordinate logistics, supply chain management, and vendor communications.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and update documentation, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve cross-functional workflows.
- Oversee the shipping of packages and track incoming deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and support special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Business/Operations educational background preferred.
- Must be available to commute to the office on a hybrid basis in the Los Angeles area.
- Must be willing to verbally commit to a 6-month internship duration.
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or a recent graduate (within the past 12 months).
