Responsibilities

  • Projects: Support the Life Cycle Management group in projects, including conducting Life Cycle Assessments  and sustainability assessments and data management 

  • Method Development: Identify, test and evaluate, methods, studies e.g. new indicators and impact assessment methods

  • Emission Reduction: Connect LCA results with process design and optimization, emission reduction measures

  • Analysis: Research, perform LCA-relevant data analysis and build LCA models

  • Databases: Build and maintain databases relevant to LCAs

  • Insights: Study and draw insights from LCA methods and standards documents

Requirements

  • Studies: Master or End-of-Bachelor sustainable management and technology

  • Experience: First experiences with LCA software packages (e.g. GaBi) and with sustainability methods (e.g. Biodiversity, Toxicology, Water, Product Environmental Footprint) is a plus

  • Interest: Interest in sustainability and technical topics

  • Languages: Fluency in English (B2), basic level German (B1) advantageous

  • Strengths: Independent & target-oriented work, creative thinking, excellent analytical skills
