We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented current college student to join our Digital team as a Spring Marketplace Operations Intern (February–May 2026). This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in eCommerce merchandising and marketplace operations, with a focus on Amazon.
This internship is ideal for students studying eCommerce/Digital Commerce, Business Administration Marketing, Supply Chain, Economics, or Finance. Only actively enrolled college students will be considered.
This is a hybrid role to work from either our New Jersey or New York office based on business needs. The intern will work part-time, and up to 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday. This is a PAID internship.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Spring Marketplace Operations Intern, you will support the Amazon team on a project-based model. This semester, the role will focus on three strategic initiatives, with opportunities to assist on related ad-hoc tasks across the business:
1. GLOBAL MARKETPLACE EXPANSION
Launch All Brands on Amazon Canada:
- Support post-launch execution for Amazon Canada by helping organize workflows, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist with reporting on sales, assortment, and catalog health to support ongoing optimization.
- Help manage product newness by validating setup, confirming content readiness, and tracking launch progress.
- Identify gaps or issues that could impact performance and escalate findings to the team.
2. BRAND LAUNCH
Prepare And Support a Brand Launch on Amazon:
- Support catalog preparation, content optimization, and relisting efforts.
- Audit product pages and refresh creative content across listings and the Brand Store.
- Research SEO trends and perform competitive analysis to enhance product discoverability.
3. CATALOG HEALTH & MERCHANDISING OPERATIONS
Ongoing Marketplace Readiness and Newness Support
- Perform routine catalog health checks, including variation accuracy, image completeness, and content compliance.
- Support new product setup and validation across US and Canada marketplaces.
- Maintain trackers and documentation to support efficient merchandising workflows.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks tied to assortment, reporting, and marketplace readiness.
Additional Ad-Hoc responsibilities may include:
- Supporting weekly, monthly or quarterly reporting and analysis.
- Participating in internal team meetings and learning about cross-functional eCommerce processes.
- Assisting with content updates and performance reviews across marketplaces.
- Currently pursuing a degree in eCommerce/Digital Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and concepts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
The hourly rate for this position is $18.00.
