Position & Requirements
Robeco Italy is looking for a motivated intern to join our Marketing & Sales team on a fulltime basis for a period of 6 months (possibility to extend). This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills while working alongside industry professionals.
What you'll do:
- Assist our Sales team in managing client relationships and driving acquisition.
- Prepare impactful client materials: presentations, tailored documents and information packages.
- Adapt and review documents from English to Italian for local relevance.
- Help create and localize marketing content that resonates with our audience.
- Collaborate on communication initiatives and support event planning.
What we’re looking for:
Final-year Bachelor or MSc student in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
Strong interest in asset management and finance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
Available full-time for at least 6 months.
