The SG Ops Training team runs the GrabAcademy, which drives training and upskilling programmes for Grab driver-, delivery- and merchant-partners in Singapore.

Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Skills and Marketing Manager of GrabAcademy to lead and implement marketing campaigns to build awareness and increase adoption of our training programmes. These are critical to support our ambition to empower our partners with the skills needed to grow and progress in their career.

We're looking for candidates who are passionate in digital marketing and creative design, who display a hunger for learning and improvement, excel in autonomy and have the desire to go above and beyond expectations.

This role is based onsite in Grab Tampines office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote GrabAcademy programmes
• You will develop creative content for our offline and online touchpoints, which are customer-centric and in consideration of overall brand guidelines
• You will write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collaterals
• You will help manage content calendar and support on-ground event activations
• You will provide design support in creating and optimising training materials
• You will go on ground to observe and identify our partners' needs

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Experience in social media marketing (content creation and campaign management)
• Creativity and proficiency in using design and video editing tools e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other similar softwares
• Experience in project management and working with diverse teams to create impactful solutions
