Support R&D and prototyping of porous mineral insulation panels: produce prototypes, perform material characterization and quality control, transfer formulations to the prototyping plant, improve production processes, and help operate and maintain the prototyping line.

Tasks
* Co-development of porous minerals, production of prototypes, quality control.
* Transfer of R&D formulations to the prototyping plant.
* Material characterization and support on material certification.
* Planning and improvement of prototype production processes.
* Support on operating and maintaining the prototyping line.
* Support of the technical team on other issues as required.
Requirements
* Ideally ETH/FH materials science, mechanical or civil engineering with knowledge/ passion for ceramic and cementitious materials
* Impact driven person with a passion for innovation
* Hands-on attitude and technical understanding
* Systematic problem-solving skills
* Team-oriented and reliable
* English and ideally German proficiency
* Knowledge in Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Python, CAD is a plus
* Swiss work permit
