Building a team starts with valuing the team. We hire the best of the best to ensure you’re working with people you can constantly learn from. You’re trusted to get your work done your way while testing the limits of what’s possible and what’s next. We work hard to provide a culture where everyone feels supported, and our employees feel it—their votes helped us become one of Newsweek's Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces in 2023.

We also value sports. Not just because of the big wins and highlight-worthy plays, but because of the lasting impact sports can have: the lifelong lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring mentors; the priceless opportunities to play at the next level. Sports can change lives—that’s what we value.

Our team helps the world see sports differently through products that make it easier to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and do a lot more.

Your Role

We’re looking for a Legal Intern to join our team in Chiavari. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in a dynamic corporate environment within a multinational company.

In this role you’ll assist and gain knowledge in various legal and administrative tasks, working closely with our elite business unit Legal team.

As a Legal Intern, you’ll:

  • Conduct legal research. You’ll dive deep into various topics related to corporate law, regulations and compliance, then analyze and summarize legal documents, case law and legislative changes before preparing reports based on your findings.
  • Assist with contract reviews. You’ll identify and highlight key legal issues and discrepancies in contract terms, and help us ensure all contracts comply with the company policies and legal standards.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support. Your tasks might include: organizing and maintaining legal files and records; preparing legal correspondence and documentation; and/or handling general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management and office support.

This role requires five days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Chiavari.

  • Responsible. You take ownership of your duties and you have experience meeting expectations. You know how to raise red flags when you see them.
  • Detail-oriented. No detail is too small when it comes to ensuring the team’s needs are met.
  • Driven. You aren't afraid of hard work and hands-on learning. You’re curious about corporate law, legal language and research. You want to make things better and you’re prepared to do what it takes to find and provide solutions.
  • Multilingual. You’re fluent in English and Italian.

Nice-to-Haves

  • A team player. You enjoy working as part of a team and can collaborate well with others to get things done. You’re also happy to pick up tasks to help the team.
  • Lifelong learner. You’re eager to shadow senior colleagues and take on more responsibility over time.

Our Role

  • Ask you to make an impact. You're part of the team—that means you'll have real responsibilities. We want to hear what you think and see what you can do.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But even if you’re taking advantage of the opportunity to work remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
  • Develop your career. On top of working alongside some of the best professionals in the business and gaining real-world experience, we’ll give you extra opportunities like lunch-and-learns and access to curated libraries to round out your internship.
  • Support your wellbeing. You’ll have an entire team on your side to give advice and provide answers to your questions, plus more resources like topic-specific Slack channels and employee resource groups. In short, we have you covered.
