Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day legal work and projects of the Legal team, including the implementation of the governance and compliance framework for the company;
- Review legal/contract documents, including but not limited to NDAs, MoUs, and low-value tenders;
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support ongoing projects;
- Assist in preparing and organizing legal documents for meetings and presentations;
- Manage record-keeping for the Legal team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or related field;
- Strong understanding of legal principles and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
