- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment (laptops, printers, etc.).
- Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and technical guides.
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
- Assist with cybersecurity monitoring and compliance tasks.
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments.
- Knowledge of networking and cloud fundamentals are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or cloud platforms.
- Exposure to scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, FreshService).
