We’re hiring a IT Project Coordinator Intern at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Primary Responsibilities- Support IT project managers with project planning and execution, encompassing schedule maintenance, task tracking, and monitoring key milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain clear project documentation and communication by recording meeting minutes, maintaining status trackers, and briefing stakeholders and IT teams on progress.
- Assist in gathering requirements, coordinating testing and deployment efforts, and proactively highlighting potential risks to delivery timelines.
- Lead smaller IT initiatives with mentorship from senior leaders, taking accountability for scope definition, task alignment, stakeholder messaging, and final execution.
Our mission to change an industry is not easily achieved. That's why we look for students who are up for the challenge to join our internship program. In turn, our interns have countless opportunities to make a tangible difference in an industry that's long been resistant to change.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to track tasks, maintain documentation, and manage competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders, ask questions, and provide timely updates.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and project management concepts; familiarity with monday.com, Apple devices and macOS, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn, support ongoing projects, and gradually take ownership of small projects with guidance.
