Day-to-day responsibilities:
Support the team with basic business tax preparation tasks.
Help organize and review client financial documents.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with clients to collect missing or required information.
Assist with general administrative and office duties.
Learn and use accounting and tax software tools.
Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail in all work.
Essential traits:
Currently studying accounting, finance, or a related program, or recently graduated.
Have a basic understanding of accounting concepts.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Have strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Eager to learn and take direction.
Can work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Experience with Microsoft Office or cloud-based tools
