Job Description:
Job Title: Intern – HR RecruiterLocation: On-site, Bangalore
Duration: 6 Months
As an HR Intern, you will support end-to-end recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling, and coordinating interviews across all levels.
You'll engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the process, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
Additional responsibilities may also include maintaining and updating candidate data, creating recruitment dashboards for reporting and analysis, rotating across recruitment functions, and learning to use internal HR tools effectively.
You should have proficiency in MS Office/G Suite
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
A keen interest in recruitment is essential.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
