Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Design and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Content Creation: Craft, schedule, and publish engaging content, including text, images, videos, and stories, across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).  Create all the content yourself.

  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.



Requirements
  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and current trends.
  • Familiarity with influencer collaborations or partnership coordination is a plus.
  • Knowledge of paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is an added advantage.
  • Basic video editing skills or familiarity with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and trend-driven content ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and platforms efficiently.
  • Analytical thinking with an interest in tracking performance metrics and improving strategies.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
