Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new Team player to join our team as:

Intern in Finance Systems Team

(this position is temporary for 5 months)

Would you like to:

• Assist with maintenance (Supplier creation/change process) of Supplier Master data that are fundamental to business processes?

• Assist with Supplier Master data cleanup in the ERP system – Oracle JDE?

• Perform VAT number validation in the public databases?

• Complete requests for Supplier Master data in a timely, accurate manner to ensure a high quality of Master data?

• Monitor Master Data quality, report discrepancies (if any) to Senior colleagues?

• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders?

Main requirements:

• Preferable higher education or last year student in Finance, Business administration or IT related field;

• Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe;

• Strong eye on details;

• Good communication and collaboration skills;

• Preferable experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word etc.);

• Ability to learn quickly;

• Precise, analytical, organized, structured with Customer oriented attitude;

• Ability to work as part of Team;

• Ability to perform routine tasks daily.
