You'll join the Online Deliveries Analytics team, data powerhouse behind Grab's fastest-growing segments: GrabFood, GrabMart. Here, innovation meets action. We're not just a team; we're trailblazers, committed to solving the most pressing challenges for our consumers, driver-partners, and merchant-partners using data.
Get to Know the Role
You will apply a data-first approach to product and business thinking, unveil data-driven insights, design controlled experiments and be objective while evaluating results, all of this while working with team members to evaluate new product and business ideas.You will report to Senior Analytics Manager - Online Deliveries. This is a paid internship role and is based onsite in Petaling Jaya.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will dive deeper into data to recommend new product ideas.
- You will demonstrate your data storytelling skills by dashboards and compelling presentations.
- You will launch A/B tests and analyse experiment results.
- You will develop data pipelines to fulfil analysis requirements.
- You will use Generative AI for better productivity.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You will need to start the internship in July 2025 with a minimum duration of 3 months.
- You will need basic working knowledge of SQL, Python, R or scripting/programming languages
- You will need experience handling large datasets.
- You will need data visualisation and storytelling skills.
- You will need to create dashboards using PowerBI or other tools.
- You will need designing and analysing A/B experiments.
