Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:
 
INTERN IN CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE DEPARTMENT

(internship for 6 months)

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves to communicate with people and find the best solution for them

• Is ready to work in a day shift (8-18) 

• Likes to work in fast-paced environment and with various systems

• Is fluent in English and Latvian to be able to communicate with customers and colleagues in Europe

You could be the one who:

• Takes care of our customers via phone and email

• Is responsible for customer support and account administration

• Reports any suspicious activity aligned with fraud prevention measures
