Intern - Culture & Experiences

THE KIND OF WORK YOU'LL SHAPE
At Kulfi, culture isn't something that happens between work. It's part of the work. We're constantly thinking about how people experience Kulfi - through the things we build, the communities we bring together, the spaces we create, and the moments that give people a reason to come together.

THE ROLE
You'll work with the People & Culture team across the process of building these experiences - from finding the initial spark and researching references, to shaping ideas, putting together moodboards, coordinating the moving pieces and seeing things come to life.

WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE

• Research ideas, references, spaces, communities, merch and cultural moments that could inspire what we build next
• Help turn a thought into a concept, moodboard, format or experience
• Support planning and execution across different culture and experience-led projects
• Contribute ideas for new ways to build culture, community and connection at Kulfi
• Be part of on-ground execution and see projects through to the finish
• Capture learnings and references along the way so we can keep building on what we've done

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

• You'll get to work with a team that's constantly experimenting with new ways to build spaces, create merch and engage with people/communities.
• While execution is a big part of the role, you'll also get to see the thinking behind culture-building.
• The work will move between bigger and smaller projects, giving you room to experiment and try different things.
• You'll work closely with the People & Culture team, while also collaborating with folks across Marketing, Creative Tech, Creative Direction, Production and more - giving you plenty of opportunities to learn across the floor.

WHO YOU ARE

• You're curious about culture, experiences, design, merch, communities, events, media or anything that brings people together
• You have a strong sense of aesthetics and notice the details that make something feel considered
• You enjoy collecting references, making moodboards and going down internet rabbit holes until you find something interesting
• You're proactive, organised and comfortable figuring things out as you go
• You have your own point of view and aren't afraid to share it
• You're excited to work collaboratively and learn from the people around you
• Prior experience in events, experiences, communities, culture, media or similar spaces is a plus
