As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will join a driven, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will work collaboratively within the Data & Analytics Services team supporting internal reporting for Global Client Services.

This role is eligible for voluntary work-from-home consideration. In order to be considered for this position, you should live within a commutable distance to our Cherry Hill, NJ office, as there may be times when in-person meetings, training sessions, social events, or similar activities are held onsite.

Anticipated Work Schedule: Approximately 20-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Scheduling may be flexible within the constraints of standard Eastern time business hours (8am – 5pm).

In this role, you will be responsible for handling diverse data inputs and transforming them into valuable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong data organization and cleansing skills. You will utilize tools and techniques to clean and standardize data and build dashboards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will:

  • Assist in data cleaning, preparation, and transformation for reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand reporting requirements and implement appropriate visualizations.
  • Help troubleshoot issues with dashboards, data connections, or scripts.
  • Document dashboards, scripts, and workflows to ensure clarity and reproducibility.
  • Present findings and recommendations to team members (technical and non-technical) in clear and concise formats.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed.

Requirements
  • Currently studying or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Proven experience with business intelligence software such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal (English).
  • Demonstrates knowledge in Programming Languages (SQL, Python) for querying and manipulating data stored in databases.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload across multiple projects.

We are offering an hourly pay rate of $18-20/hour based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your certifications, training, and educational achievements; your geographic location; and Corcentric business and organizational requirements.
