The Singapore Operations team drives business growth for Grab Singapore, aligning with Grab's vision through strategic initiatives. Within this, the GrabFood team, part of the Deliveries family, collaborates across departments to enhance growth for the GrabFood vertical.

Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a proactive intern who will assist the team with planning, researching, and analysing strategic plans. You will work independently, collaborate on projects, and help develop special projects. To succeed in this role, you will embody independence and rigour. You will be fully onsite, your internship will run from May to December (Full Time).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will provide operational, analytical and project management support for GrabFood merchant campaigns, including setup, documentation, and post-campaign analysis
• You will analyse data to facilitate decision-making, identify issues, and develop solutions
• You will conduct market research on competitive landscape and growth opportunities
• You will support planning and execution of projects

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Undergraduate in Business/Engineering or other relevant courses
• Familiar with spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) , databases, project management, and deck preparation
• Comfortable in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment
• Express ideas in writing and verbally, and can foster positive interactions with team members
• Write and improve SQL queries to transform data from diverse databases and sources
• Experience in data dashboards, reports, and visualisations development.
