The Role

a37 is an AI research and product lab training fully autonomous DevOps engineers.

Today’s DevOps landscape is a patchwork of disconnected, hard-to-manage tools. The resulting operational tax causes org wide issues: heightened security risk, rising cloud spend, and slower release cycles.

The rise of AI software engineering agents has exacerbated these issues, causing more stress on DevOps teams than ever before. This isn't just inefficient—it's unsustainable. The current approach to DevOps will inevitably collapse under its own weight.

Our team is a tight-knit group of second time technical founders with deep experience across AI and infrastructure. We work to win.
