Are you a skilled intermediate software developer passionate about creating robust and impactful solutions? In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing and enhancing our core products and applications, contributing to the success of businesses across various industries.
What You'll Do:
- Develop Cutting-Edge Software: Design, develop, and implement moderately complex software solutions using C#, Java, ASP.NET, or other relevant languages, adhering to Ctrack's coding standards and development methodologies.
- Contribute to Product Definition: Actively participate in product and application definition activities, including feature analysis, impact assessments, and risk identification, ensuring we build solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Ensure Technical Accuracy: Review product and application documentation, including manuals and brochures, to guarantee technical accuracy and clarity.
- Deliver Timely Solutions: Apply a sense of urgency and focus to develop high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Conduct thorough technical root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions to address problems and defects.
- Provide Reliable Solutions: Utilize sound problem-solving techniques to deliver reliable solutions to a variety of technical challenges.
- Enhance Code Quality: Participate in peer code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Design New Functionality: Create and execute designs for new software features as required, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our products.
- Proactive Solution Review: Review requirements and solutions, proactively identifying potential architectural shortcomings that could hinder implementation or prevent solutions from meeting specifications.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-year Computer Science Degree or equivalent Diploma
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years software development experience.
- Must have experience in:
• Advanced Object-Oriented Programming
• C# .Net 6 and higher
• Micro Services Architecture
• Telerik (Advanced Report writing in Telerik or Crystal Reports)
• SQL Programming/Design on Microsoft SQL Server 2017+ OR PostgreSQL
• Cosmos DB / NoSQL
• Azure Cloud Data Storage Solutions
• JSON REST API
• Azure DevOps
• Git
