What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment
- Works with Salesforce users to understand system needs
- Builds and supports objects, workflows, reports, dashboards
- Supports integrations and data exchange
- Requirement gathering and translating into solutions
- Data quality improvements and automation
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- Sandbox environment management and testing
- Data cleanup and maintenance
- Automation and flow troubleshooting and maintenance
- User profile management
- End-user support and training
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services.
- Preferred 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Advanced Administrator or other additional certification are not required but are preferable
