Business Analyst will be responsible for requirements gathering, analysis and preparation of detailed functional specification for requirements, identification of the customer’s business goals, and the concept of the solution.

We are looking for an Intermediate Requirements Manager/Business Analyst to join our team.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a business analyst, with solid understanding of SDLC and agile practices
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, analysis, prioritization, and validation, using techniques such as user story mapping, INVEST, etc
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to engage both technical and business audiences and facilitate requirement validation sessions
  • Strong prioritization skills — able to assess and sequence requirements, tasks, and deliverables effectively to meet goals
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong spreadsheet and data presentation skills
  • Knowledge of structured change management processes to assess, document, and communicate requirement changes
  • Skilled in using AI tools for work optimization, including prompting, automation, and content generation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and active listening skills
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (or similar technical field)
  • Level of English: Upper-Intermediate (at least)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform rapid investigation of the existing legal application to document current functionality, treating the working app as the primary source of truth given very limited documentation
  • Reverse-engineer business rules, workflows, states, and edge cases by exploring the live application and reviewing the existing database structure
  • Create requirements that fully preserve existing functionality and DB structure while reflecting the new modern UI designs
  • Quickly translate discovered functionality into user stories with acceptance criteria to keep the redevelopment team unblocked
  • Clarify gaps and ambiguities in existing behavior through short, targeted sessions with the client, SMEs, and legacy system owners
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies between the new designs and existing functionality for client decision
  • Perform analysis and validation of documented functionality against the new designs and legacy behavior
  • Elicit non-functional requirements from technical representatives and document them
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, including user stories, diagrams, flow charts, and tables
  • Maintain up-to-date baseline documentation following requirement changes
  • Maintain backlog items and their order of priority
  • Break down user stories following standard practices and INVEST criteria
  • Add functional requirements and acceptance criteria to backlog items
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct design tech review meetings with the development team to align on design concepts and screens
  • Serve as a single point of contact for development and QA teams on requirement-related queries
  • Prepare meeting notes on internal and external discussions
  • Accept and manage change requests following defined change management procedures
  • Maintain system communication documents
