About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level QA professional to work collaboratively within agile teams, participating from the early stages of the development process and actively contributing to the quality of deliveries. We seek someone who understands that quality is not a final phase, but a continuous part of development.
What You’ll Do
- Act as an Agila QA, participating in team ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily, review, and retrospective).
- Ensure delivery quality from the requirements-gathering phase (shift-left approach).
- Create, execute, and maintain automated API tests.
- Support the team in defining clear and testable acceptance criteria.
- Execute functional, exploratory, and regression tests.
- Log, track, and manage bugs in a clear, objective, and prioritized manner.
- Work collaboratively with developers, product, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's quality processes and practices.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and suggest preventive improvements when relevant.
- Follow established QA processes and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Share knowledge, testing practices, and feedback with junior QAs and team members.
What You’ll Need
- Experience with automated API testing (preferable Rest Assured + Kotlin).
- Knowledge of BDD (Gherking, Cucumber).
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
- Experience in bug management and use of tools such as Jira, Zephyr (or similar).
- Ability to analyze requirements and identify quality risks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative profile.
Nice to Have
- Intermediate communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with E2E testing or frontend automation.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and test execution in pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of non-functional testing (performance, security, etc).
- Experience with log analysis and support in troubleshooting.
- Experience testing in mobile or distributed environments.

Skills Required
