We are looking for an Intermediate Producer, who will be responsible for driving project progress, achieving production goals, and fostering high levels of motivation and dedication among team members across various disciplines, including Art, Design, and Programming. The Intermediate Producer will:

• Take charge of production and multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating charisma, enthusiasm, and unwavering commitment, even in challenging situations. Inspire the team, boost morale, and cultivate a work environment that promotes high productivity. Proactively identify potential issues and address them promptly.

• Streamline workflows, optimize processes, and implement industry best practices. Continuously strive for improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all departments and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Foster effective collaboration across the studio while providing transparency on project deliverables.
• Define project milestones and establish clear expectations for scope, timeline, and deliverables. Identify risks and develop contingency plans to ensure success. Oversee the project’s budget, quality, and schedule while championing team organization, production workflows, and change management. Establish production KPIs, prioritize development goals, and uphold standards for quality and project execution.
• Promote career growth within the team through mentoring, training, and clear expectations. Provide challenging objectives and ensure fairness in performance evaluations. Support succession planning and help onboard new talent effectively.

• +5 years of experience in game production
• Proven track record, having shipped at least one AAA console game as a Producer or Associate Producer
• Strong leadership skills
• Extensive experience in team and project management
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Solid understanding of video game development processes and disciplines
• Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
