✅ Is that you?
- 1+ years in office management or administrative roles (IT or service industries)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks, including routine ones
- Proficiency in Google Docs; basic knowledge of office management tools
- Experience managing vendors and service providers (procurement, cleaning, repairs, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and professional maturity
- Basic experience with primary documentation (invoices, receipts, purchase orders, vendor agreements, etc.)
- Intermediate+ English level
Desirable:
- Experience with budget planning and reporting
- Familiarity with warehouse operations to assist with managing our storage in Kharkiv
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll collaborate with Dev.Pro’s internal teams, departments, and external vendors to manage daily office operations, handle administrative tasks, and foster an environment where everyone can thrive.
- Oversee the office power generator, including operation during outages, fuel monitoring, restocking, and maintenance
- Ensure a comfortable and functional workspace for on-site specialists and visitors
- Manage office operations, customer service, and various administrative tasks
- Handle office-related payments, purchases, and short-term/long-term office budget planning
- Coordinate office repairs and improvements
- Support various HR and IT processes, event coordination, travel arrangements, and training initiatives
