We are looking for an Intermediate Land Development Engineer within our Infrastructure sector. You will work on diverse land development projects across the Alberta region and Canada, benefiting from a robust mentorship network to support your professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assistant project management duties with the opportunity to grow into a project manager role
- Complete conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design tasks for land development infrastructure projects
- Prepare technical specifications, memoranda and permit approval applications
- Participate in site inspections
- Perform contract administration tasks
- Liaise directly with clients, government, and regulatory authorities to address specific project needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) or eligible for licensure with APEGA
- 7+ years of experience working in the land development infrastructure field.
- Past experience working as a site inspector during construction for infrastructure projects will be considered an asset
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
