We're looking for an Intermediate IT Support Engineer to join the Plexure team and become part of a global, growing SaaS company at an exciting point in our growth journey. If you're a Junior ready to take a step up, this role could be for you!
You'll be based in our Auckland CBD office & will have 1 day WFH each week after the initial onboarding period. You will also enjoy lots of lovely benefits (more on that below).

What will you do?
- Join a friendly and collaborative team of experienced IT Engineers who are here to support your growth. You’ll receive ongoing training and mentorship to help build your skills and expertise.
- You’ll respond to tickets related to incidents and service requests involving Plexure’s internal IT systems (we operate in a Windows environment).
- On a daily basis, you’ll work with internal stakeholders across the business to provide support on a wide range of topics, including:
- Hardware and software maintenance.
- Troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices.
- Managing access and permissions.
- Onboarding and offboarding employees.
- You’ll also contribute to:
- Low-level incident response for security
- Maintaining security policies, processes, and user documentation
- Providing cloud infrastructure support
What will you bring to the party?
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role providing L1 - L2 support.
- Troubleshooting experience across networks, hardware and software in the Microsoft suite.
- Working knowledge of Entra ID and a basic understanding of endpoint security (including concepts like MFA).
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a curiosity to learn and ask questions.
- Bonus points if you're familiar with any of the below:
- Microsoft Intune.
- MDM solutions.
- Scripting.
