We invite a skilled and responsible Business Analyst to join our team and work with Xenial, a recognized leader in the Point-of-Sale domain with over 100,000 global installations. You'll contribute to the development of a reporting solution that provides a single point for all customer-facing reports, statistical data, and exports. You’ll help create and refine software requirements, using your strong analytical and communication skills to ensure the team understands the client's needs and delivers excellent results.

✅ Is that you?
- 3+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role (preferably in IT/ software development companies)
- Proficient knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
- Experience with Confluence and Jira
- Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken)
- Great communication and presentation skills; a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to business ethics
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts for effective communication
- Strong decision-making skills; the ability to analyze and evaluate data to make informed decisions
Desirable:
- Familiarity with API (Postman usage)
- Proficiency in modeling tools (Balsamiq, UXPin, Axure, Visio, etc.)
- Knowledge of PoS systems and their operation
- Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience in creating Activity Diagrams
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring product requirements are clearly defined and effectively communicated to the development team. You'll be responsible for moving requirements along their lifecycle and assisting the team in driving successful project outcomes.
- Be the main point of communication for product stakeholders in terms of requirements and product functionality
- Work closely with the development and product teams to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Act as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders; assist the team by clarifying client requirements and presenting them to the team as user stories
- Elicit, analyze, and document requirements; effectively manage changes requested by stakeholders in close collaboration with the product manager and developers
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop clear acceptance criteria
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the requirement-gathering process
