Our models deeply understand production systems — from code to databases — taking on repetitive, high-pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.

• Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

• Lead the end-to-end design vision for Resolve AI’s brand and marketing, shaping how our story comes to life across web, product, and campaign touchpoints.

• Report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Founders and Executives to define and execute the visual strategy that brings our brand and mission to life.

• Translate complex, technical ideas into visually compelling narratives that communicate Resolve AI’s mission to empower engineers with Agentic AI..

• Design high-impact creative assets for launches, campaigns, events, and executive communications from web and social to presentations and motion.

• Build the foundations of our design system, codifying brand guidelines, reusable components, and scalable templates for use across teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure every visual detail, from typography to motion, reinforces a cohesive brand experience.

• Establish creative processes and standards that balance speed and craft in a fast-moving, high-ambition startup environment.

• Experiment with new design techniques, tools, and AI-assisted workflows to push the boundaries of how we communicate visually.

• 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, visual clarity, and storytelling.

• Proven ability to define and execute a brand vision across digital platforms, including web, campaigns, product marketing, and internal communications.

• Deep expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion, 3D, or interactive design experience is a plus.

• Exceptional eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and color with meticulous attention to detail and craft.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to articulate creative rationale clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.

• Experience building design systems or scalable frameworks that ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Comfort operating as both strategist and hands-on designer; you can zoom out to define direction and dive in to execute with excellence.

• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and is energized by being the first design hire at a high-growth AI startup.
