As an Interaction Designer Trainee, you would work closely with our team of experts, bringing your exceptional design skills and user-centric approach to creating cutting-edge applications that solve real-world problems for our telecom and enterprise customers. Your product design experience and knowledge of design best practices will help us achieve innovation, consistency, and scalability across our product line, ensuring seamless and intuitive customer experiences. You will have the incredible opportunity to work with a talented group of designers and make a meaningful impact on our products in areas such as security, analytics, network monitoring and operations. Responsibilities- Produce storyboards, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypes to communicate the desired user experience effectively
- Showcase the end-to-end design process across multiple projects
- Possess excellent stakeholder management, presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Solve user and business goals using user-centered design methodologies
- Work with product business and technical teams to ensure the quality implementation of your designs
- Collect and synthesize feedback from researchers, end users and stakeholders
You have:
- Exceptional interaction design skills to define, visualize, validate and communicate design solutions
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Adobe CC, and Jira
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience using or building a Design System
- A solid foundation in user-centered design principles
- The ability to conduct user research
- Experience designing complex B2B enterprise applications
