What do you need to bring us?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or similar
• 1+ year of experience in AI/ML development, with hands-on experience in building and deploying intelligent systems
  
• Proficiency in Python (knowledge of Java, C++, or other relevant programming languages used in AI development is a plus)
• Experience with data processing and analysis tools and familiarity with data cleaning and preprocessing
  
• Practical knowledge of Databases (PostgreSQL preferably)
• Experience with Machine Learning/Fine-Tunning of LLM
• Experience with Prompt building and design
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI/ML deployment and model management
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google AI, AWS Certified Machine Learning) are a plus
• Written and spoken English (fluent)

What do we expect you to do?

• Develop and integrate AI systems with other software using APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality across different platforms and services
• Define and construct the orchestration of chained AI assistants, enabling smooth interaction and workflow between multiple AI models or systems
• Automate the fine-tuning process of AI models to optimize their performance across multiple tasks
• Create new AI assistants with advanced context management techniques to facilitate coherent and relevant interactions
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
