Join us as our Intelligent Manufacturing Project Manager
Our world-class enzyme manufacturing plant is launching a radical transformation to pioneer continuous, autonomous production. We are seeking a strategic project leader to architect this vision and own the end-to-end journey. You will receive unparalleled executive mandate and resources to build our next-generation digital factory, from blueprint to reality.
You will make an impact by:
Strategy development& execution: develop and govern IM transformation strategy of plant, aligning with overall business objectives and securing executive buy-in through robust business cases and payback analysis.
Champion continuous production: Spearhead the technical transition towards continuous manufacturing. Utilize data analytics and lean principles to define automation& digitalization opportunities.
Lead automation& digitalization projects: Playing a lead role in defining solution together with project manager. Evaluate, select, and manage external technology partners and system integrator.
Ensure all solutions compliant with GMP, safety, security, and other requirements.
Be the TED anchor person in global future plant activity.
To succeed you must hold:
Master or above degree in automation, mechatronics, industrial engineering, bioengineering or related discipline.
Strong understanding of GMP, lean manufacturing, PLC/DCS, MES/SCADA and data analysis
Be familiar with automation solution in liquid processing, e.g., fermentation, purification.
5+ years’ experience in smart manufacturing implementation within biotech, chemical industry is a strong plus.
Strategic vision to develop and execute a phased transformation roadmap
Good English skills (oral, listening and writing).
