BTS is seeking an Intelligence Planner (Sr) for a position in Tampa, Florida.
Clearance: Active In-Scope TS/SCI Clearance w/ Poly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
What you will do:
Assist Intelligence Plans Division leadership and staff with the planning, organization, development, coordination, and execution of intelligence planning activities in order to drive objectives and evaluations of Intelligence Campaign Plans (ICP) efforts, Interagency (IA) information sharing efforts, and Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) and Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises in support of division leadership and intelligence requirements.
Plan and coordinate ICP production and implementation for the J2 Directorate, other directorates, components, Intelligence Community (IC), and coalition and partner nation representatives.
Identify strategic and operational requirements for CCMD military operations, including collection capabilities, structure, manpower, communication, and logistics to meet operations requirements and identify shortfalls/gaps and develop courses of action and mitigation strategies.
Assess existing/future capabilities to meet operations requirements for CCMD military operations. The contractor shall identify shortfalls/gaps and develop courses of action and mitigation strategies for CCMD military operations.
Conduct studies of intelligence planning programs that are broad in scope with frequently undefined limits, to evaluate effectiveness of current programs, feasibility of future programs and development of planning efforts as well as planning and advising on the implementation of new ideas
Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Masters degree with 10 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron or credentialed SME or recognized specialist in relevant field OR
- Bachelor degree with 12 years intelligence and/or service planning experience at echelons of command above Battalion/Squadron or credentialed SME or recognized specialist in relevant field;
- Comprehensive knowledge of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility and organization; Joint/Service Intermediate Level School [JPME-I, CGSC, SAMS / SAAS / SAWS / MAWS / JAWS], and JIP Level I / Tier I certification preferred or proof of working understanding of multiple intelligence disciplines and an awareness of CSA capabilities.
