- Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs
- Provide desk-side training to analysts
- Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting
- Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues
- Provide timely feedback to the Palantir engineering team located CONUS and OCONUS about product
- Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
- Prior experience with Palantir platforms required (i.e. Palantir Foundry, Gotham, Gaia, etc.)
- Excellent and timely written/oral communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 25% of the time, if needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Military/Special Operations experience, specifically in SOCAF or other experience in Africa, is preferred
- U.S. citizenship
- TS + SCI clearance level
