Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support a mission-critical program. In this role, you will work closely with other analysts and mission stakeholders to ensure target continuity, identify intelligence gaps, and develop techniques to collect additional information. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience employing advanced analysis of data to generate insights and leads, maintaining appropriate databases, and developing recommendations that support informed decision-making. Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
  • An Associate of Science (A.S.); Bachelor of Science (B.S.); Master of Science (M.S.); or Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, or Political Science are preferred; however, a degree in any field is acceptable.
  • Minimum years of relevant experience based on education:
    • H.S. diploma or GED + 12 years
    • A.S. + 10 years
    • B.S. + 8 years
    • M.S. + 6 years
    • Ph.D. + 4 years
  • Relevant experience conducting intelligence analysis using customer tool sets, databases, and intelligence reporting systems.
  • Strong research skills with experience querying intelligence information to assess threat environments and develop mitigation recommendations.
  • Experience creating and delivering intelligence products for mission stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and network terminology.
  • Experience conducting advanced analysis to generate actionable insights and leads.
  • Ability to synthesize, document, contextualize, and communicate analytical findings.

Skills Required

  • TS/SCI with polygraph
  • A.A., B.A., M.A., or PhD in a Liberal Arts field or related experience
  • 10+ years of experience in intelligence analysis
  • Strong research skills and experience querying intelligence information
  • Experience creating intelligence products
  • Familiarity with cyber security and network terminology
  • Experience conducting advanced data analysis
  • Ability to document and contextualize findings
  • Ability to work in a team with government and military personnel
